We are delighted to welcome you at the SLS Conference, whether you are attending in person or watching the plenary sessions back virtually. In this section, you will find details of all that you need to know to book.

Attend in person

• A fantastic opportunity to meet and network with colleagues at the University of Bristol

• The opportunity to explore the fantastic vibrant City of Bristol

• The option to attend our excellent social events and maximise networking with colleagues. A full list of these are shown in the table below, including the ticket prices

• If you attend on Tuesday 3 September or Thursday 5 September your ticket will include attendance to the Opening or Closing Drinks Reception, within the Great Hall, at the University of Bristol

• A chance to meet face to face with publishers and exhibitors of the SLS conference and perhaps discuss your next book!

• View the two plenary sessions, and ECR session online virtually post event ‘on demand’ for up to 90 days

• All prices include conference day attendance, refreshment breaks and lunch

• Leave feeling reassured, re-energised and re-enthused!

Limited virtual attendance

The 2024 SLS Conference will be in person, but we are offering the opportunity if you are unable to travel to Bristol, to view live or on demand the following three sessions only.

Please note no other aspect of the conference will be available virtually.

Included within the price you will get access via one login to the online conference platform to view the sessions listed above. All sessions will be streamed out in Zoom and will be available to view back for 90 days following the event.
